Earlier this year, Colleen Visnic, a 2017 graduate of Branford High School, was awarded the Alan P. Bailey and Michael J. Schaefer Memorial Accounting Scholarship. Colleen is now a freshman at the University of Notre Dame, and is enrolled in the Mendoza School of Business.
While at Branford High School, Colleen was awarded the 2016 Yale Young Women’s Leader Award. She was also a member of the National Honor Society and the producer and host of the BCTV show, Branford Future Stars. Colleen was a four year member of the Connecticut Boat Club and won Gold at the US Rowing Northeast Regionals. She is now a Coxswain for Notre Dame’s Women’s Rowing Team.
Colleen is enjoying her very busy first semester at Notre Dame balancing double practices, academics, and the Notre Dame football games!
