Bailey Murphy + Scarano, LLC teamed up with Beirne Wealth Consulting for an informative and enjoyable event at the Thimble Island Brewing Company on January 28th. The evening included a tour of the facility and presentations by Michael Bailey, David Bailey and Matt Gallagher from Beirne Wealth Consulting. Michael Bailey led the evening with his talk on Cost Segregation including the new tax law updates. David Bailey discussed LLC’s vs. Sub Chapter S and which type is best for your business. Matt Gallagher concluded the evening with information on the changing landscape of fiduciary responsibility and liability. Food was provided by Eli’s Restaurant of Branford.
