Tammy Lamb is a Supervisor at Bailey Scarano with over 20 years of specialization in the Credit Union industry for which she does financial statement audits, supervisory committee exams, member verifications, BSA and ACH exams, employee account, loan and internal control reviews as well as any special agreed-upon procedures developed for a clients’ specific needs. She also provides audit, review, compilation and bookkeeping services for closely-held businesses and prepares individual, partnership and corporate tax returns.
She began her career as an accounts payable coordinator and worked for other regional public accounting firms before joining Bailey Scarano in 2018. She is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a long-standing member of both the Connecticut Society of CPAs and the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants.
When not working, she likes to give back to the community by volunteering with the Credit Union League of Connecticut Financial Reality Fairs throughout the state where she helps high school students expand their basic financial knowledge and understand the importance of budgeting. She is also active in her children’s ice hockey, field hockey and basketball teams and is a former Treasurer and Co-President of her children’s elementary school PTO.
